Before that we had the Slumlords lawyers whining about how they had been characterized in filings by the law firm representing the 12 residents of CLMHP.
Just an an example of how they whine and moan is this:
"Accordingly, Defendants respectfully request that the court strike any reference in the Complaint to criminal conduct, any Counts predicated on alleged criminal conduct and use of the words, illegal, extortion, illegal scheme, or the like as it is immaterial, impertinent, scandalous and wholly prejudicial."
